Rand Fleischman, born & raised on Long Island, New York founded Right Side Marketing in 1985. He moved to San Diego in 1978 and worked in Social Services at a counseling center for "high-risk" adolescents while obtaining his Master's in Counseling from San Diego State.

In 1984 he moved to L.A. to take a position as a Regional Manager for the 1984 Summer Olympics. Following his success at the Olympics he became Head of Membership for the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. During his tenure at the Museum that Rand learned a great deal about marketing since he was in charge of producing mailings of 3/4 to a million pieces per quarter to increase membership at the Museum.

At the end of 1985, Rand decided it was time to go out on his own and provide marketing services by forming Right Side Marketing. Initially offering ghost-writing services to Real Estate Brokers, Rand eventually expanded the company to include 4 newlsetters for Real Estate and Mortgage professionals.

In addition to enjoying his work he also enjoys spending his free time with his wife and business partner Jill. He especially enjoys playing golf, bowling, and any other sport that he can find time to participate in!
